We stand behind every Prime Olympian supplement with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not feeling the results, just reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — no returns required.

No need to ship anything back — your experience is what matters most.

How it works:

  • Email us at champion@primeolympian.co within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Tell us briefly why it didn’t work for you (optional but appreciated)

  • We’ll refund you in full to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

Please note:

  • Limit one refund per product per customer

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or delayed shipments due to customer input errors (e.g. incorrect address)

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at champion@primeolympian.co if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at champion@primeolympian.co for support.

Once a supplement container has been opened and leaves our controlled environment, we can no longer verify how it was stored or handled. Exposure to heat, moisture, or improper conditions can affect potency and safety. Opened products may also be susceptible to contamination or tampering — and we never compromise when it comes to consumer health.

By removing returns entirely, we simplify your experience and uphold our commitment to clean, safe, performance-grade supplements.
